Tom, my apologies for writing you directly, but wanted to thank you for iWired's patience with a few details in finishing off our Stanley Martin place in Herndon. You have a great guy working for you out there in Scottsdale. During the course of our troubleshoot, Dean was very kind to us. To the extent that he took a great deal of personal time to rework a major part of the installation. It would have been easy for him to leave the homeowner, MOI, in sort of a fixed condition. Rather than do that he rung out the whole CAT5e installation, correcting things that would have been difficult for the uninitiated to resolve, or even notice at first. Please convey my thanks to him for his obvious caring for the customer, his sense of humor, and considerable hard work. As I have the opportunity to do so, I will recommend iWired to others.
